Your account

One account belongs to one person, and it is tied to the Google account you signed in with. Keep that Google account secure, and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has reached it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What you may not use Seenbox for

Seenbox exists so you can follow up on your own email sensibly. It is not a surveillance tool, and the following will get an account closed without a refund:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email of any kind.
• Tracking somebody you have no legitimate reason to be emailing.
• Using receipts to harass, stalk or intimidate a person.
• Anything illegal where you are, or where your recipient is.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will work hard to keep Seenbox available and accurate, but email tracking is inherently approximate. Blocked images, mail proxies and prefetching mean a receipt may be missing or duplicated through no fault of ours. Seenbox is provided as-is, and we cannot be liable for a decision you made because a tick was or was not green.

Paying, cancelling and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars, and any sales tax your country applies is added at checkout. Cancel at any time from your settings and you keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then move back to the free plan with your account intact.

If you cancel within 30 days of paying, including a Lifetime purchase, write to us and we refund the full amount. After 30 days we do not refund part-used periods.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Carrying on using Seenbox after that means you accept the new terms.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like, and everything we hold about you goes with it. We may close an account that breaks the rules above, and we will say why when we do.
